These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "User," or "Player") and 69ph ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). The Terms govern your access to and use of the 69ph website, mobile interface, games, promotional features, and all related services (collectively, "Services").

By completing the 69ph registration process, clicking "I Agree," depositing funds, logging in, or otherwise accessing or using any portion of the 69ph Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the 69ph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users worldwide who access 69ph, with specific additional requirements applying to players located in the Republic of the Philippines. Where local laws conflict with these Terms, local laws prevail to the extent of the conflict.

Use of 69ph is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions to register for and maintain an active 69ph account:

• You have not been previously excluded or banned from 69ph or any related platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or by administrative action.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of such a person, of 69ph or its affiliated gaming software providers.

Players who become aware of any underage usage of 69ph are requested to report this immediately to our support team. 69ph takes child protection obligations seriously and cooperates fully with Philippine authorities in any related investigation.

To access 69ph's gaming services, you must complete the registration process and create a Member account. The following rules apply to all 69ph accounts:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one 69ph account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
2. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 69ph is not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate registration information.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not authorized by you.
4. Philippine Mobile Number: Registration requires a valid Philippine mobile number (Globe, Smart, or DITO). This number is used for OTP verification, two-factor authentication, and communication of important account notices.
5. KYC Verification: 69ph may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time — including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or when suspicious activity is detected. You must provide requested identification documents promptly. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated period may result in account suspension.

69ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through approved Philippine payment channels. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

Accepted Payment Methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, Visa/Mastercard, and 7-Eleven payment centers. Accepted methods may change without prior notice; refer to the Cashier section of your account for the current list.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit is ₱100.00. 69ph does not impose a maximum deposit limit; however, deposits above ₱50,000 per transaction may be subject to enhanced verification under Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) compliance procedures.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00. Standard withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed within 5 minutes during operating hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. 69ph reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

Currency: All 69ph transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). International card deposits may incur foreign exchange conversion fees charged by your card issuer; 69ph does not apply additional conversion charges.

Failed Transactions: If a deposit fails or is reversed after funds are credited, 69ph reserves the right to recover the corresponding amount from your account balance or to suspend the account until the matter is resolved.

69ph offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement," typically 20x to 40x the bonus amount) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute differently toward meeting wagering requirements. Live casino table games and Color Game typically contribute 10%–30%; slot games typically contribute 100%. Sports and virtual sports contributions vary by promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses not claimed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account automatically. Unclaimed welcome bonuses expire 30 days after issuance unless stated otherwise.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may only hold one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new bonus while one is already active will result in forfeiture of the previous bonus and associated wagering progress.
• Abuse Prevention: 69ph reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a member has abused or attempted to abuse the bonus system — including through coordinated play, use of multiple accounts, or wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements at minimal risk.

69ph offers a range of gaming products including live dealer casino games (Color Game, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger), RNG-based table games, slot machines, bingo, and virtual sports. The following terms apply to all gaming activities on the platform:

Certified RNG: All non-live games use certified random number generation (RNG) software audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by 69ph, the player, or any third party after a bet is placed.

Live Games: Live dealer games are streamed from certified studio facilities. 69ph is not responsible for technical disruptions during live game sessions caused by factors outside its control, including third-party streaming provider issues or your internet connection.

Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or incomplete round, 69ph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" — any payout arising from a game error will not be honored.

Bet Limits: Game-specific minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game lobby. 69ph reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Attempting to circumvent bet limits through coordinated or split wagering is prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 69ph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using software, bots, algorithms, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated device to interact with 69ph games or the platform.
• Collusion with other players or 69ph employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or pricing anomalies — any such exploitation will result in winnings being voided and the account suspended.
• Using fraudulently obtained, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your 69ph account.
• Attempting to launder money or engage in any transaction that violates Philippine AMLA requirements through the 69ph platform.
• Opening or maintaining multiple accounts for any reason, including to circumvent account restrictions or claim multiple welcome bonuses.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Accessing 69ph from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law, using VPN or other means to mask your true location.

69ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that while the vast majority of our players enjoy 69ph as a form of entertainment, gambling can become problematic for some individuals. The following tools and protections are available to all 69ph members:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; requests to increase limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: You may set maximum loss thresholds for defined time periods. Once a loss limit is reached, no further bets may be placed until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: 69ph will notify you after a configurable period of continuous play. You may set reminders in your account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request self-exclusion from 69ph for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, and 69ph will not send promotional communications to you.
• Reality Check: A reality check feature displays your net gaming position (total wins minus total losses) for the current session at configurable intervals.

69ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with Republic Act 10173 — the Data Privacy Act of 2012 — and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Your personal information is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, AMLA compliance, and service improvement.

By registering with 69ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the 69ph Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

69ph employs 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions and maintains technical and organizational security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data processed. Personal data is not sold to third parties. Data is shared with regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR and AMLC), payment processors, and certified gaming providers only to the extent necessary and lawful.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 69ph's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.

69ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if 69ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

69ph is not liable for: (a) losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the Member failed to maintain the security of their credentials; (b) delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers; (c) losses arising from the Member's reliance on inaccurate or outdated game information displayed due to a technical error.

69ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The Member has violated any provision of these Terms;
• 69ph has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• The Member has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Required KYC documentation has not been provided within the stipulated timeframe;
• A self-exclusion request has been received and processed;
• A regulatory authority or court order requires account action;
• Continuing to operate the account would expose 69ph to legal or regulatory risk.

Upon account closure, any balance remaining in the account after deduction of applicable fees, bonus forfeitures, and disputed amounts will be returned to the Member via the last verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and applicable processing times.

You may close your 69ph account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their natural outcome before the account is closed.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and 69ph, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Disputes not resolved within 30 days of written notice may be referred to mediation. Any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Members who believe that 69ph has acted in violation of applicable PAGCOR regulations may submit a complaint to PAGCOR's regulatory body in addition to, or instead of, pursuing a private claim against 69ph.

69ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 69ph will notify registered Members by SMS to their registered Philippine mobile number and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the 69ph platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of 69ph's Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using 69ph and may request account closure.
